Baby Corder and Family

This as one of the sweetest sleepiest babies! He made it so easy to snap so many great photos! Besides a few accidents without a diaper and pooing in daddy's hands this shoot was smooth sailing! Big sister was a great help and fantastic model too! At two weeks old he was just perfect to get some great newborn shots! And his Momma was looking amazing!!

Love These Boys!

One day I am sure they will begin to resent me for all of the posing and photo shoots I subject them to, but for now my sweet boys are putting up with it! Or maybe it's that they don't have a choice:)

Indoor Practice Shots

Before taking some newborn photos for a good friend of mine I wanted to make sure I would be able to capture his newborn sweetness without having to expose him to the outdoor lighting for too long. I was able to snap a few great ones of my 6 month old Emmett and play around with my flash in my own living room!

Texas Blue Bonnets

It was a seriously windy day and cooperation was a bit difficult, but we were able to get a few great shots of the kiddos in this huge blue bonnet field!

Practice Makes Perfect

Anyone who is an expert, a professional,or an extraordinary talent did not come by their skills easily or by chance. It is not with out hard work, devotion and unlimited patience that we become experts on one area or another. I am not even close to where I want to be, it will take thousands of hours of shooting and editing to gain the knowledge I hope to have one day. Here are a few practice shots of my precious boys. I can see now the mistakes I made with my manual settings, lighting ect. but in the process of editing I discovered a few new techniques! Despite my busy schedule and passion for several different venues, I hope to take my photography skills to a higher level. Even if it never becomes more than a hobby I will thoroughly enjoy the process.
